Netuxo offers support for Windows/Linux servers and their core applications/services (Fileserving, sql, Exchange/equivalent mail and contacts application).
Netuxo offers three working arrangements for all network support packages:
- Fixed maintenance contract - a written agreement to carry out core maintenance tasks for a given number of hours each month/quarter.
- Guaranteed hours contract - a written agreement to provide a guaranteed number of hours support per month. Hours are not bankable, client pays for hours irrespective if used or not.
- Ad-hoc support - fixed hourly rate to provide ad-hoc support as required.
Netuxo can offer the following support:
- Support for Windows/Linux servers and their core applications/services (Fileserving, sql, Exchange/equivalent mail and contacts application);
- Support for additional applications/services as agreed in written contract;
- Maintenance of the physical network structure (network cable, patch panels, switches and routers);
- Optional workstation support (network connectivity and applications, as agreed);
- End user support (network and core applications support, as agreed).
Netuxo does not guarantee suppot for any peripherals (printers/scanners/etc). An annual review of all fixed and guaranteed hours contracts is outlined in all written contracts. We aim to respond to our client's support request the same day and, for business critical issues, aim to be on-site (where required) within one working day.
